How do you explain a system built on generosity without losing the humanity behind it?  That question sat at the heart of our work with Airbnb.org. They do extraordinary work — providing free emergency housing for people displaced by disaster. But for many, how it all worked, or how to help, wasn’t clear.

We partnered with Airbnb.org to create their first animated Brand Manifesto, a clear and hopeful story about mission, impact, and the power of hosts and guests to make a difference. In our visual approach we leaned into emotional realism and visual impressionism, a style that carries the blurry feeling of a memory — warm, honest, and grounded in light. The film launched in September of 2025 and now lives on as an evergreen piece, helping Airbnb.org educate, inspire, and mobilize support around the world.
